AGV Miami is pleased to present Version 2.0 of this fabrication and production proposal for the Gymshark Phone Box experiential activation, developed in partnership with Ominto Studio’s creative direction. This engagement delivers a custom-fabricated pink British phone box equipped with interactive photo, voucher, and call-response technology. V2.0 consolidates the previous three execution options into a single plan: Event 01 — Miami, a single-day street pop-up at Lincoln Road Mall on June 27, 2026, followed by Event 02 — New York, a respray/rewrap to the NYC palette and white-glove delivery to Gymshark Bond St on or before July 9 to anchor the in-store product launch on July 11 (no NYC street activation; no NYC venue rental). One venue at each location, two activations total, and a complete investment summary scaled to the client’s $120K–$125K production-investment target.
A pink British phone box on an American sidewalk is already a photograph waiting to happen. Add a ringing phone, a voucher printer, a ceiling camera, and a crowd that just stumbled into it — and you have a share-first moment built for scroll, not for spec sheets. Our job is to make the object feel inevitable on the street and flawless under close inspection.
Gymshark’s Phone Box activation reframes a classic British phone box as a retail stunt: passers-by answer a ringing phone, navigate a pre-recorded quiz or live-call prompt, step inside a pink vinyl-lined interior, take a selfie or belfie, and walk away with a printed voucher and packaged product. The concept lives or dies on craft — the finish, the tech, the dwell time, the crowd around the object. V2.0 confirms a two-stop programme: a Miami street pop-up at Lincoln Road on June 27, 2026, followed by an in-store presence at Gymshark Bond St delivered on or before July 9, 2026 for the July 11, 2026 product launch.

Outstanding question: Precise location within Lincoln Road to be confirmed (AGV Miami recommendation: Euclid Oval, 1100 block).
Venue: Gymshark Bond St — New York, US
Address: 11 Bond St, New York, NY 10005, United States

Delivery Deadline: on or before July 9, 2026
Product Launch: July 11, 2026

The following deliverables represent the complete fabrication, tech, graphics, and packaging scope for the Gymshark Phone Box. Every element is specified against Ominto Studio’s V2 design pack and engineered for rapid single-day installation, outdoor exposure, and safe guest interaction. All pricing is fully inclusive — on-site finishing, seaming, hardware, and scenic painting are integrated into every line item.
The hero object: a custom-fabricated British-style phone box painted Gymshark pink, with four-sided illuminated lightbox signage, a glass-and-vinyl front door, and a concealed sliding prize door. Interior is fully lined in pink vinyl to function as a photo studio, with a small seat, a working analogue phone handset, and a reflective ceiling dome light. Built in two freight-friendly modules for single-truck transport and ~4-hour on-site assembly.
The tech stack that turns a beautiful object into a content machine. Guests pick up the handset and navigate a pre-recorded prize quiz via the keypad (star for yes, hash for no) or participate in live walkie-talkie calls moderated by the Gymshark social team. Winners receive a printed voucher through the shelf-mounted thermal printer and a boxed product through the sliding door. Two ceiling cameras capture every interaction for UGC and organic social.
Branded signage, disclosure graphics, and a portable dressing kit that extends the phone box footprint on-site and frames queue, crowd, and content zones. Product packaging is not included in this revision per client direction; product units are supplied by Gymshark and distributed direct from the sliding door.
Single-truck freight from the AGV Miami Bohemia, NY fabrication facility. The Miami activation is a single-day Lincoln Road street install with a 3-person install crew, dual on-site technicians during operating hours, and same-day strike. The box is then held at warehouse, fully resprayed/rewrapped to the NYC palette, and delivered directly to Gymshark Bond St on or before July 9, 2026 for the July 11, 2026 product launch. There is no NYC street activation in V2.0, so no NYC venue fees, permits, or street-install logistics are required.
Between the Miami strike and the Gymshark Bond St delivery, the box is held in climate-controlled storage, fully resprayed/rewrapped to the NYC product-launch palette, lightbox graphics refreshed, and certified to retail-fixture finish standards before truck-out to Gymshark Bond St.
White-glove delivery to Gymshark Bond St on or before July 9, 2026, in-store fixture install, store-front wayfinding to drive footfall to the launch, 4-week in-store presence support, and end-of-launch retail strike. Gymshark-owned retail — no venue rental cost or fees, fabrication and transfer only.
A dedicated AGV Miami producer and client-services coverage for the full engagement — kickoff through post-event reconciliation. Includes weekly status calls, cross-agency coordination with Ominto Studio and Gymshark stakeholders, vendor and venue relationship management, budget tracking, Change Order administration, and insurance/COI coordination.
V2.0 proposes one venue at each location: Lincoln Road Mall (Miami Beach) for the June 27, 2026 street activation, and Gymshark Bond St (11 Bond St, New York, NY 10005) for the NYC in-store presence delivered on or before July 9, 2026 ahead of the July 11, 2026 product launch. The Lincoln Road venue fee is passed through at cost; Gymshark Bond St is a brand-owned retail environment with no venue rental cost or fees — fabrication and transfer only.
The Miami activation runs as a single-day street pop-up at Lincoln Road Mall on June 27, 2026. Lincoln Road BID handles permitting; the Miami venue fee is the only venue pass-through across the entire programme.
Pedestrian-only outdoor shopping district with recent streetscape regeneration. Bold palm-lined aesthetic with steady 7-day foot traffic of tourists, residents, and beach-goers. Permitting via City of Miami Beach & Lincoln Road Business Improvement District.
Precise Location — Outstanding Decision
Lincoln Road is the venue; the precise pitch within the corridor is still open. AGV Miami’s recommendations:
Primary: Euclid Oval, the central pedestrian plaza at Lincoln Road & Euclid Ave (1100 block) — ovoid hardscape with fountain backdrop, palm canopy, established BID activation slot, central to the Apple Store / J.Crew / Anthropologie anchor block.
Private alternative: 1111 Lincoln Road plaza — the Herzog & de Meuron parking-garage retail plaza at the west end (Lincoln Rd & Alton Rd), privately managed, frequent brand-activation precedent (Tesla, Cadillac).
Backup: 800 block (between Meridian & Jefferson) — Apple flagship anchor, highest weekday lunch traffic.
The phone box is delivered directly to Gymshark Bond St as the in-store anchor for the July 11, 2026 product launch. There is no NYC street activation in V2.0 — presence in the city is maintained through the in-store fixture and store-front wayfinding driving footfall to Gymshark Bond St.
In-store fixture activation inside Gymshark Bond St in NoHo, New York. The phone box is delivered, installed, and commissioned inside the store as the centrepiece of the July 11, 2026 product-launch retail moment. No street permit, no venue rental, no FIFA programming conflict — the activation lives entirely within Gymshark’s own retail environment.
Every AGV Miami engagement follows a structured, milestone-gated production lifecycle — from creative alignment through post-event strike. Each phase builds on the last with defined deliverables and approval checkpoints, scaled here for a compressed ~9-week lead time from Scope Approval (May 1, 2026) into the June 27, 2026 Lincoln Road activation and July 9, 2026 Gymshark Bond St delivery anchoring the July 11, 2026 product launch.
Strategic alignment on brand vision, venue requirements, audience experience goals, and technical constraints. Site surveys and stakeholder interviews inform the creative brief.
Creative direction development, 3D renderings, spatial layout planning, and material specification. Visual presentations for client review and iterative refinement.
Structural engineering calculations, shop drawings, electrical schematics for lightbox and tech, ballast plan for outdoor install, and venue compliance documentation.
Custom scenic builds, precision CNC milling, millwork assembly, large-format vinyl and lightbox output, packaging production, and multi-stage quality control inspections.
Precision crating, climate-protected transport from our Bohemia, NY fabrication facility to the activation city, and overnight delivery coordination with venue management.
Miami Lincoln Road permit-window install for the June 27, 2026 street activation. The Gymshark Bond St in-store install in New York follows on or before July 9, 2026 via a separate overnight retail window.
Single-day public operation at Lincoln Road on June 27, 2026 with on-site tech, voucher, camera, and live-call coverage. The programme then transitions into a 4-week in-store run at Gymshark Bond St anchoring the July 11, 2026 product launch.
Same-day strike at Lincoln Road; respray window between cities; 4-week in-store presence at Gymshark Bond St; end-of-launch retail strike. Post-event reconciliation, final documentation, project archive.
All milestones depend on timely creative approvals, venue confirmation, and receipt of deposit. Delays at any gate may push downstream windows.

V2.0 confirms a single execution path scoped against Gymshark’s $120K–$125K production-investment target. The plan lands two cities back-to-back via a fully itemized respray package and creates a natural content arc — Miami beach energy at Lincoln Road → NYC retail energy inside Gymshark Bond St — over a public window of approximately six weeks (June 27, 2026 street; July 11, 2026 launch; August 6, 2026 close).
Itemization of the Components and Services that build up the V2.0 production investment. Event 01 logistics cover Lincoln Road (street); the respray and Event 02 in-store delivery cover Gymshark Bond St (retail).
